Q. If I live outside the U.S. can I still be a member?
A. Yes! The National Association of Networkers products can be accessed
and digitally delivered to members in more than 100 countries at this
time.
Q. How do I know if I am enrolling under the right
person?
A. On the enrollment form itself, at the top of the form it should say,
“Your Referring Member Is: Jane Doe”.
Q. Why do I need a username?
A. Your username will be used as part of your personal website address.
Q. I have a debit card, but not a credit card, can
I sign up as a member?
A. We accept all forms of VISA and MasterCard. Most debit cards and
pre-paid debit cards can also be used in the place of a credit card and
should work fine on our website. However, the card must say Visa or
MasterCard on it. You can also sign up using your checking account.
Q. Does The National Association of Networkers
accept checks?
A. Yes, you can sign up using your checking account. You will be given
the option when signing up to either enter credit card (Visa or
MasterCard) information OR to enter checking account information.
Q. Can I send a Money Order in Euro's or other
currencies?
A. We can only accept U.S Funds. You can send an internetional Money
Order in US Dollars - but it needs to arrive before the end of the

Q. How long will it take for my website to be
activated?
Your personal website is established instantly, and is made live for
you to send to your friends and family and start building your
membership organization.
Q. How long does it take to see my 'downline'
after someone signs up?
A. Once someone has successfully processed an enrollment on your
website they will instantly show up in your downline which is viewable
in your account manager. You will also receive an email stating that
you have sponsored a new member.
Q. I joined an hour ago and have not received the
Welcome letter with my info.
A. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder. 99% of the time it can be
found there. If it is not and you are not able to login, email
support@NAN4U.com Add this email address to your address book to
minimize the chance of emails going to your spam file.
Q. When will I get paid?
A. Commissions are generated once a month and paid out the 15th of the
following month.
Q. I am not able to get to my site when I type my
URL address.
A. Please make sure you typed it as below YourUsername.nan4u.com
Q. Every time I try to login, I get kicked out
back to the Login Page.
A. Try the following suggestions:
1. Your cookies may be disabled. Turn them on.
2. If it still occurs, it could be corrupt cookies so clear all cookies.
3. It could be a firewall which hides the http server. If our scrpit
cannot ID you, it won't let you in for security reasons.
Q. What if I lose or forget my Password?

on "Forgot Your Password".
